- We call ourselves a specialty processor, because that is what we are. We specialize in the processing of all types of foods from fresh meat cuts to twice baked potatoes for food service and retail outlets. Our customers vary from local farmers to national grocers.
- We go to great lengths to ensure that our customers receive nothing but the highest quality products. All products must pass our quality assurance inspection, meeting our customer’s specifications.

- We believe that quality product goes hand in hand with food safety. We take food safety very seriously and require that all management team members are HAACP certified. Employee safety is also very important to us, which is why we have established a safety incentive program.
- We offer private labeling of our traditional recipes. Or we can produce and private label your recipes. If you have an idea for a new recipe, our Research and Development team can assist you.
- If you don’t have your own label or want to enhance your current label, our marketing director can assist with a design that fits your brand. From processing to packaging, we will “Meat” your needs!
